This is an argument I’ve seen going around ever since UGA announced that they were only making available 1,600 student tickets out of the school’s 16,000 allotment for the SEC championship game vs LSU for the 35,000 student body. Students are outraged and donors claim that deserve the tickets more than students do, so I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on that.

Students and alumni. The donors are generous, sure, but it’s not their team. It’s not their school. It belongs to the students.
